I specialise in helping small, independent brands as this brings me the most joy. But I am also open to working with larger businesses too, so please feel free to reach out. Please note, I do not work with any brands or businesses who are involved in the meat, fishing and dairy food industries.

Your time and attention is required for any size project I create with you. If you do not have time to invest into your project which includes dedicated time for your questionnaire and giving feedback, then I may not be the right designer for you.

It’s not essential to meet in person as the majority of projects are communicated through video & email. However if you are local to East Sussex I always welcome meeting in person. Coffee and cake on me!

I do not write copy. Any copy that is required for your design projects will need to be supplied to me in full in advance. I am more than happy to work with draft copy whilst we are going through the design stages. But please note additional time may incur onto your project if we exceed the proposed number of design proofs.

I always work within the proposed timeframes of each project that are specified at the enquiry stage. If your deadline changes during our project, I will try my best to accommodate, but please note due to my schedule being booked in advance this is not always possible.

It is very important to me that you are happy with the work and designs provided. My briefing process ensures that cases like this are extremely rare, in fact, it has never happened. But for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, I will revisit the brief with you, check we agree on it and ensure all the problems with the work are resolved.

I work on a first come, first served basis so with this in mind please book in as soon as you wish to go ahead with your project. There can be a waiting time of up to three months during busy periods. Deposits can be taken and projects booked in up to six months in advance.

Yes, the price you are given upon enquiry is the price you will pay. However if the scope of the project changes for any reason, this can be altered at my discretion which you will be notified about before any work continues.

A 50% deposit is required prior to commencing your project with the remaining balance due after project sign off, but before any final files are sent. Your spot in my design queue cannot be held until the deposit amount has been received.
