Trusted HouseSitters
Impact Reports
BACKGROUND
What does four years as a contractor of embedded design support look like in practice? A little bit of everything—and a lot of problem-solving.
Working side-by-side with TrustedHousesitters internal marketing, brand and product teams, I served as a flexible creative anchor for the brand. Over four years, my work spanned the full spectrum of company needs: owning major standalone projects, powering multi-channel campaigns, crafting data-heavy impact reports, sharpening CRM and paid media visuals as well as being their go-to in house illustrator.
The portfolio below highlights some of the best moments from this long-term collaboration—showing both the quiet, everyday design systems that keep a brand running and the high-impact creative campaigns that drove real growth.
2024 Impact Report
2023 Impact Report
Designing TrustedHousesitters’ very first Impact Report—and leading the design for the three years that followed—was an incredible creative challenge.
Taking those initial reports from a blank canvas, I set the visual standard for how the brand’s mission is communicated, structured, and felt. A big part of that transformation was turning data-dense, potentially mundane pages into engaging, visually compelling narratives, brought to life through bespoke illustrations I created for the brand.
Beyond the reports themselves, this work became a defining moment for the company's visual identity: it established the foundational look and feel for TrustedHousesitters’ B Corp communications. Knowing I helped shape how the business communicates who they are, what they stand for, and their impact on the world has been a true highlight of my time with the brand.
The perfect match. Just not the one you think.
2026 Q2 Campaign
Stepping into uncharted territory for the brand, The Perfect Match introduced a bold, cheeky, and humour-led voice playing on dating app tropes, culminating in a warm reveal that completely flipped audience expectations.
To bring this playful concept to life, I led the delivery of the photoshoot, managing the joyful chaos of working with live pets while executing a high-energy, 90s-inspired direct flash aesthetic. I then translated that visual momentum into a cohesive paid media campaign—crafting a performance-driven suite of static ads, carousels, stories, and feed assets that unified the humour, copy, and photography into one unforgettable narrative.
