Whether this be local to Sussex or over a video call we can get to know each other and establish what you might be looking for with your brand. Here you can ask as many questions as you’ll need and I’ll be on hand to give that much needed guidance and knowledge on the best foot forward for your business.

After our initial chat and you're officially in the books we can begin one of my favourite parts of the whole process - setting the brief. This is your opportunity to tell me everything I will need to know in order to draw up your bespoke design concepts via your client questionnaire. From here I’ll write up your brief and brand strategy which includes proposed ideas on target audience, tone of voice, beliefs and values and a visual direction board.

Once we’re on the same page with your brand strategy and visual direction, I can get cracking on creating the initial design concepts for your brand. Here you can expect to see rough ideas and suggested routes for us to explore further. Your first design proof will cover a chosen concept, logo design and possible colour palettes and brand illustrations/patterns.

The refinement stage is where we really nail down the chosen concept and start to visually see how the brand looks and functions with all of its design elements in place. Proofs from here will also include font recommendations, social media designs and stationery designs depending on the package you opt for. I love sending over this full brand proof as it's super exciting for you to see your brand complete for the first time!

In this step, we are ready to complete the design stage and prep all of your final design files - yay! I take extra care in delivering all of your files including web and print to make sure you have everything you need. This also includes your bespoke brand guidelines and strategy document, along with a special surprise I send to you in the post, Ooh intrigue!

When the project is successfully wrapped up I am available to help you launch your new brand into the world to make sure everything runs smoothly. I’ll be on hand for tweaks and specific files you may need as you begin to roll out your new branding on all of your various platforms.
